Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Auto Fabu, a tool that helps authorized users prepare, schedule, upload, and publish their own short-form videos to TikTok.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with TikTok’s terms, policies, and applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you own or have all rights, permissions, music licenses, and disclosures needed to upload and publish it. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized content.
3. Publishing instructions
You are responsible for reviewing the selected account, video, caption, audience, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures, AI-generated-content disclosures, and schedule before confirming a job. Publishing may be delayed or rejected by TikTok or technical conditions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not bypass security controls, disrupt the service, use it for spam or coordinated abuse, access another person’s account without permission, or violate TikTok’s developer and platform policies.
5. Third-party services
Auto Fabu relies on TikTok and infrastructure providers. Their separate terms and availability apply. We do not control changes, reviews, limits, suspensions, or outages imposed by third parties.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Auto Fabu and revoke TikTok access at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compliance, or protection of users and the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Fabu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be revised when changes are published.
