This Privacy Policy explains how Auto Fabu handles information when authorized users connect a TikTok account and manage publication of their own videos.
1. Information we process
We process TikTok account information available through approved permissions, OAuth tokens, user-selected videos and publishing settings, job status, error details, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, display connected accounts, validate settings, upload or publish videos at the user’s direction, report job status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal and platform requirements.
3. How information is shared
We transmit information to TikTok when necessary to provide authorized publishing functions. Service providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, security, and operations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
Authorization tokens are retained while an account remains connected or as needed to complete an authorized job, then removed or invalidated when access is revoked. Job records and security logs are kept only as reasonably needed for operations, compliance, dispute handling, and security.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access restrictions and secure transport. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may revoke Auto Fabu’s access in TikTok, disconnect an account, stop scheduled jobs where supported, and request access to or deletion of information associated with your use of the service.
7. Children
Auto Fabu is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. International processing
Information may be processed where Auto Fabu and its service providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
